After about 200 m turn right onto Ungererstraße. Do not take the underpass. Follow Ungererstraße, which crosses Leopoldstraße after about 1.5 km. Turn left there and follow Leopoldstraße for 1.5 km into the city center. After the university buildings (with two water fountains in front) you can see the Ludwigskirche church on the left. Turn right there onto Schellingstraße. After 100 m you can see the hotel on the left.
