Appart Ambiance - Bossuet

Ideally located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, close to many shops, you will enjoy the wonderful living spaces offered by this apartment. This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 19th century building, in good condition and equipped with an elevator. Therefore, it has excellent brightness and double exposure: residential lane; bedroom and kitchen yard. Thanks to the recent renovation, equipped with furniture and modern design, the apartment has not lost its charm (old parquet floor, fireplace, wood paneling...). The entrance serves all the rooms of the apartment: a large bright living room facing south, a laundry room, a dressing room, a bathroom, a bedroom and a bathroom and finally a fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage space makes you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in Lyonnais. In the heart of a dynamic area full of shops and restaurants, next to the Foch metro station, you can relax in the Tete d'Or park or on the banks of the Rhone, just a few minutes' walk away.
