Hotel Bulwar **** is located at the beautiful Vallar Park in the Vistula River. It stands next to the Leaning Tower, medieval fortifications and set Gothic buildings and opens the famous view of Torun, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. || At the beginning of the XX century, our hotel was the first head of the seamen's school in Poland.
