Common description

This completely restored Venetian building is located in the western part of the Old Town of Chania, just a few meters from the old harbour. It fits perfectly into an attractive area with similar restored and decorated Venetian buildings lining the village's cobbled streets. The nearest beach is only 800 meters away. This is a completely restored Venetian building of high stature, which is 600 years old. In the early 19th century the building was used as a French embassy and was later occupied by the great Greek politician Eleftherios Venizelos. The friendly reception team will be happy to offer guests expert advice and recommendations for the most beautiful places to visit in Western Crete. The hotel has 10 beautiful rooms, 2 of which are maisonettes, completely restored and traditionally decorated to provide guests with a truly warm welcome. Facilities on offer include a lobby, bar and breakfast room. All rooms are equipped with all modern amenities, including toilet, telephone, internet access, TV, minibar, air conditioning and central heating in winter, to ensure our guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
