The Best Western® Sysonby Knoll Hotel is Melton Mowbray's longest established family business, owned by the same family since 1965, when it was purchased as a six bedroom house. Over the years this has gradually developed into a 30 bedroom hotel. The original house is now a small part of the square garden, with a bar, restaurant and conservatory overlooking the gardens. Our modern coffee lounge has been created with business and relaxation in mind, catching up on emails, holding informal business meetings or interviews or simply turning off the wind and taking time to think. When checking in to a holiday home, it is only possible between 14:00 and at 22:00. Please note that on public holidays there is no chef at the hotel. So there will be limited food available in the restaurant. Enjoy your stay! During festivals we don't have a cook. Only soup and sandwiches will be served in the evening.
