The Royal Mile is the backbone of Edinburgh's charming and romantic Old Town, running from Edinburgh Castle to Holyrood House. The apartments are located along or within 250 meters of this historic thoroughfare and in the heart of Edinburgh. || The apartments are located in a castle-like building from the Middle Ages. The building includes a 6-story wing as well as a three-story neighboring wing. It offers a total of 5 comfortable apartments as well as a lobby with a cloakroom. In addition, guests will find a traditional English pub in the building. A laundry service is also available. || Each apartment is decorated in its own special style. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with linens and towels. The bathrooms are separate and equipped with a powerful shower and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen has utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. The apartments all have a comfortable lounge with a TV and DVD player. Many apartments have additional futon beds for extra guests. Business facilities, telephone, fax and safe are all available in the hotel's main office. This service may incur additional charges. || From Edinburgh Airport to Queen Street: take East Field Road as you leave the airport and follow signs for Edinburgh City Center / Edinburgh Zoo. At the end of Eastfield Road turn left onto the A8. Cross the Drumbrae roundabout then turn right onto Roseburn Terrace. Continue straight and turn left onto Haymarket. After this turn left onto South Charlotte Street (A90) which becomes Charlotte Square then North Charlotte Street then right into Albyn Place and turn left into Queen Street. The hotel is at 6 Queen Street (opposite end) on the right hand side. From the airport by bus: the airport bus departs every 15 minutes and takes guests to the Waverly Bridge terminus. It's about a 10 minute walk from here.
