Franzelahof is located on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim! The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the building, which stands in a quiet location on the hillside with an amazing view of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The high-definition apartments are fully furnished and equipped, have free Wi-Fi access and underfloor heating. The holiday home is right next to the apartment building. The city center and wellness are barely a 10-minute walk away. In summer, the location offers an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Those who are less interested in walking around the owners happily go up to Priedröf in St. Oswald to his cottage, from where they can walk comfortably down into the valley. In winter, guests can use the chairlift right outside the building. You can start your ski day without a car ride in front of the house - just ski right out! Either down the slopes to Maibrunnbahn and Bad Klieinkirchheim, or take the Sonnwiesenbahn lift up towards St. Oswald. Ski and ski room is available in the basement.
