Under the medieval castle of Bélesta, Languedoc Rousillon, the cooperative cellar was converted into a hotel and restaurant in loft style. The building unit with the museum castle was respected. Each suite or room is designed in an original way: light, colors and materials are freed from the strict appearance of the tank and reflect the modern Mediterranean style. Each room has a private terrace overlooking the gardens leading down to the natural pool. An invitation to swim among water lilies and dragonflies, or simply enjoy the spa nestled among olive trees and magnolias.
