Historic and modern architecture combine to form the new Günnewig Hotel Stadtpalais. The ensemble of the various concrete buildings comprising the "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Bad" (Kaiser Wilhelm's spa, listed as a monument) as well as the former library and town hall underwent extensive renovations and a new hotel building with the latest appointments and facilities was added. Numerous classical elements, such as the distinctive roof landscape, iron railings and balustrades, natural stone and mosaic reliefs by Ernst Wille, blend with the modern and comfortable atmosphere of a first-class hotel. In addition to the building's outstanding architecture and high level of comfort, guests can also enjoy the individual, friendly and attentive atmosphere of the Günnewig Hotel.
