Le Clairvaux Condos

Be just a block away from the Silver Queen in the town of Aspen. This great cabin offers Rocky's location and rustic Alpine feel! Be steps away from elevators, restaurants, shopping, theater, nightlife and more. Ideally located in the heart of downtown Aspen, Le Clairvaux 8 is just 1.5 blocks to the gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain and has great views and great natural light. Now it's a two-bedroom economy unit, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, a dining room for four, a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV with HBO, wireless Internet, a washer and dryer, and one designated off-street parking space. The unit has the feel of a vintage mountain cabin, but it is very comfortable and has a nice view of Aspen Mountain. There are several upgrades planned this fall, including all new mattresses and updated fixtures and furniture. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second has two twins (can be made into a king). There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
