Rose in Vale Country House

An intimate luxury hotel located on the North Cornish coast in the village of Mithian, with close links to St Agnes, Truro and Perranporth. This hotel is for adults only who are not younger than 12 years old. There is a great team of long-term staff who provide professional and friendly service, with someone always on hand to help you plan a trip or share their knowledge of the area. The hotel prides itself on offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, tasteful decor, friendly service and a sincere welcome. There is a choice of 18 bedrooms and suites, all tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. All of them have controlled central heating, TV, radio, hair dryer, drinks tray and en suite bathroom as a minimum. For those less able, there are 3 rooms on the ground floor with equal access to the gardens, pool and restaurant. Designed for the romantic at heart or just to indulge yourself, the Rose Suite offers a queen-sized four-poster bed, separate living room, jetted tub, walk-in shower and a few special touches. The Valley restaurant boasts sweeping bay windows that look out over raised beds and wooded hillside lawns beyond. The house has a real country feel which is easily seen in the large open fire that greets diners and residents alike during the winter months. A new menu is created every day to take advantage of the excellent local ingredients, a selection of four starters, five main courses and seven desserts are offered, plus during the summer months there are specials such as freshly caught mussels, crab and lobster. Since everything is prepared in the house, it is possible to accommodate most diets. This is unlike many wedding venues in that it feels like home.
